Rack Pulls - random up to 315.
Wanted to work on (hook) grip with this. And I wasn't in the mood for pullups. I felt kind of sick in the middle of all this.
So apparently I'm going to do Pilates on Thursday. Don't ask questions. Or do. They may get answered. Or not. Depends how I'm feeling. It's not that hard to put 2+2 together though, even with the little information here so far.
